He was involved in key patent litigation during development of the telephone, air brake, steam turbine, automobile, airplane, and radio, as well as other electric appliances. In 1906, Fish helped the Wright Brothers secure their patent on wing warping. Born at Taunton. Mass., was graduated from Harvard College (1875) and Harvard Law School (1876). He passed away at Brookline, Mass, November 6TH 1930, at the age of 75.
